For children under the age of 16, or, if you do not wish to use DigiD, please ask the practice to provide you with a username and password.

We would ask you to log in once using your DigiD. Once you have done that, we will be able to let you know if there is a message waiting for you in your patient portal.

Please note: in our system, an email address may only be used for one person. Are you applying for an account for your child?

• Set up your own email address: you can do this for free on sites such as Gmail, outlook.com or yahoo.com. Emails will then be delivered to your own inbox.
• Or create an alias: use your own email address + your child’s name: youraddress+kind@gmail.com. All emails will go straight to the jouwadres@gmail.com.Een inbox. Email addresses with a ‘+’ work with Gmail, Proton Mail and Fastmail, amongst others. With Ziggo, KPN, Outlook and other email providers, you’ll need to set up an additional address once. Search for ‘Email alias’ on your provider’s website. With this type of alias, the email will also go straight into the main inbox.

Emails regarding your appointments and your patient portal are sent from noreply@mijndokters.nl. To set up your patient portal, you will receive a one-off email from no-reply@mijngezondheidsapp.nl. Please add these email addresses to your address book on your computer, or to the Contacts on your mobile phone. That way, our emails will be recognised as trustworthy.

For patients who require regular check-ups, we work in partnership with Viduet. Together with them, we ensure that your appointment takes place on time and is properly prepared. They will send you emails on behalf of our practice. Such a message might, for example, be an invitation to complete a medical questionnaire or a request for you to book an appointment with us. We would really appreciate it if you could respond to such requests.

The costs for this will be deducted from your excess. You can find the costs on the laboratory’s website. Please note that the costs for a faecal examination are often in excess of 300 euros.
